LuciesApothecary.com offers FREE shipping to all U.S. locations on orders of $75 and more (excluding taxes). FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Orders over $75 always ship for free—no promotion code needed.
Orders totaling less than $75 ship will be shipped via USPS mail and could take 5-7 business days to arrive. You will be presented with several rates and shipping options at checkout based on your shipping zip code. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs.
Whether you qualify for free shipping or not, you will always have the option to select upgraded shipping options to Priority Mail. Priority Mail can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your selection. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs.
Local Courier Delivery
For those very special orders placed within certain zip codes of the Las Vegas valley, optional local courier delivery will appear at checkout. Once your order is processed and ready to be delivered, delivery will take place by a designated driver and will arrive within 48 hours of your packaged order, Monday – Sunday between 6am – 9pm.

We ship anywhere internationally. Upon checkout, you will be provided with a variety of shipping options. Please select the one that best fits your needs. Keep in mind that some countries may charge an import tax upon arrival.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we will accept any retail product purchased directly from LuciesApothecary.com for a return or exchange, as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase. Returns and exchanges can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form is included, and the desired action is specified.

Only products purchased at LuciesApothecary.com, or via phone, may be returned for refund or exchange. If you are experiencing an issue with a Lucie’s Apothecary product purchased outside of our website, please contact the retail location in which your product was purchased.
